fantastic city stay!

i found the reception staff nice and helpful. they were fast and efficient, a real credit to the hotel! the room impressed me with its cleanliness. the sheets were crisp, i almost didn't need my own! breakfast offered great diversity and was tasty. the breakfast staff kept everything super clean and offered a good selection of teas and food.

the air conditioning made a constant buzzing sound all night long, even after i switched it off. it was a little annoying!

the hotel is right in the city center. the location allows a quick ten-minute walk to the central train station. it provides convenient access to many attractions and services, simplifying travel within the area.

The service was excellent from reception staff to cleaning staff. I experienced polite interactions. the staff were very polite. I also observed their willingness to help with guidance and directions. the promptness and positive attitude stood out .

i found the hotel's location very convenient it was close to shops bars and restaurants. the staff were professional and helpful. the rooms were a good size. i could hire bikes directly from the hotel and explore the area with ease.

the air conditioning was a bit too warm for my liking so i had some trouble adjusting the temperature in the room to my preference it was slightly inconvenient

The staff were very attentive to my needs. They provided quick responses to my questions. check-in was fast and efficient and they offered luggage storage at no charge. this made my arrival and departure easy.

the location is great. shopping, bars, restaurants are very close. trams are also very accessible from the hotel. the staff was professional and helpful. i found this very useful.

the room felt cold. amenities were absent unless requested. i felt some essentials should automatically be in the room. the dental kit was missing, for example.
