The hotel staff was helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for my daily travels. The breakfast service was Really good. The air conditioning was of great quality and kept my room comfortable throughout my stay.

The views from the balcony were unfortunately quite poor.

Breakfast included many options and was plentiful, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. I also had complimentary water bottles provided with my meals. The Turkish tea was a highlight and very flavorful.

The room included a kettle with coffee, useful for preparing beverages, and the bed was comfy. A nice balcony came with the room but I was not there enough to use it. The room was generally very clean.

The hotel's location allowed for easy access to many places. It was close to the city center, so exploring was convenient. The waterfront area will be even better when the tram line resumes operation.

the location is very convenient. it is only a short walk to the main shopping street and the merkantalya mall. the traditional turkish breakfast started my day off right and tasted fresh.

the check-in process was not smooth. i arrived a couple of hours after the check-in time, but there were some delays. the wardrobe in the room lacked doors.. the linings seemed quite worn.

the staff showed kindness. i received a free upgrade into the bungalow from my initially booked room. this bungalow included two levels. the breakfast tasted very good. it was mostly turkish cuisine and the service was constant.

i saw mould in the bathroom ceiling. the blankets had stains. the bathroom trash can was rusty and hard to open. the blankets and comforters didnt appear properly cleaned.
