great stay in the heart of the action
warm greetingprompt responseconvenient location
bianca greeted me warmly and provided assistance during my entire stay. irina responded to my messages promptly before my arrival. the hotel maintained a clean environment and presented a nice concept. i found the location convenient.
the happy hour promotion was not managed efficiently. i was charged full price initially.

the hotel sits next to a shoe store and directly downtown (a prime spot!). it is just one street away from the pedestrian zone. many restaurants and bars populate the area. (i walked everywhere).

the reception operates 24 hours (a great convenience!). i was able to get a glass of wine upon arrival. storage lockers are available to leave luggage after checkout. this allowed me to enjoy my last day without baggage worries.

the breakfast offers a selection of varied options. the hotel features good cocktail options (i liked the old fashioned). there are also fast dinner options available. i appreciated having these choices.

A Solid Choice for City Exploration

The hotel has a great location near many pubs and restaurants (making it easy to find a place to eat). I found accessing sightseeing locations by bus and metro to be easy. The breakfast had good variety. The air conditioning worked very well.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was really good. It had lots of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and tidy too, I appreciate that.
The room was a bit small, it didn't left me much space for luggage. I could hear the air conditioner, noise was loud during the night. The hotel did not had a mini fridge.

The location was acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was small. There was no mini fridge. The shower gel was almost empty. Also there was a fire alarm at 5:45 am. I found it difficult to go back to sleep afterwards.
