Really good Stay!

comfortable room suite upgrade close metro easy transport

Our suite was upgraded! It was spacious and well-organized. I appreciated its comfort after several days of travel. The metro station being so close was useful. A taxi stand nearby provided easy transport options too.

The Sky Lounge atmosphere was slightly lacking. The window frames partially obstructed great views. the staff were really nice!

i found the room to be clean and well appointed the bed was very comfortable i slept soundly. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request. the location is central and convenient for exploring the city. the view from the room was fine a perfect backdrop for my stay.

the air conditioning in the room did not function optimally it struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. the breakfast selection seemed limited especially for a hotel of this caliber. i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom specifically a cracked tile.

just ok, nothing special

barely working air conditioning

the location was acceptable, close enough to where i needed to be.

I booked a room with air conditioning, but it barely worked. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable and i might as well have slept outside. it was definitely NOT the relaxing escape i had hoped for. Actually, it made me more stressed out.
