the executive lounge at the top floor was a great bonus. breakfast is BEYOND extensive. unlimited access to the gym located in the hotel is a massive plus. the gym include many weight machines and cardio equipment, all in working order.

i had high expectations. missing basic items, like a toothbrush and toothpaste, was bad. i hope they review amenities to bring the experience closer to what guests expect.

the building is near Shops and taxis are readily available outside the hotel. it made getting around easy. many useful stores are located near by.

daniel received us very warmly. he had everything prepared upon our arrival. parking ticket provision to the room happened almost instantly. he showed a friendly, highly professional attitude.

i used the minibar and took one pack of crackers for 30 lei. the item was added to the bill. i noticed an additional charge of 30 lei the next day. the charge was for a water i had not used, and the issue was not resolved.
