amazing stay, central and quiet

The receptionist julang was super friendly! attentive and very thoughtful. the location is central but it is still nice and quiet. Our junior suite room was big. i loved that the baby cot we requested was already set up when we arrived. this was super convenient.
i did not like that the windows were hard to reach and hard to open. they were stiff. the hotel did not receive my message about parking. but they responded to my simple response to "what time of arrival".

the hotel is near shopping and main visitor areas. it's about a ten minute walk from the mauritshuis gallery. this makes it easy to explore key attractions during your stay.

the staff was very helpful recommending local restaurants! they knew of places worth visiting located close to the hotel. this personalized attention made our exploration much easier.

The breakfast was good and included a decent variety of options.
The room felt too cold because the air conditioning did not work correctly (i discovered this at 11:30 PM). The blanket was thin, and there was no extra blanket in the room. I had to use the spa robes to stay warm during the night.

the breakfast buffet included enough choice. the toiletries provided were of excellent quality. i had a spacious king size room. a separate sofa provided extra seating.
the hotel does not accept cash payments, inconvenient. the shower system had a poor design. after showers, the bathroom floor became very wet. there was also noise from the ventilation system. it was annoying when i went to bed.
