“This hotel presents a mixed bag, where the location near IMAGO mall and comfortable beds are definite pluses; however, reported cleanliness issues and inconsistent service need addressing. I believe improvements to breakfast quality and stricter attention to room maintenance would significantly elevate the guest experience. Overall, while functional, it falls short of its potential.”
