The absence of a restaurant on-site was a definite drawback. I ended up ordering food quite often. also, the carpet in my room really wasn't clean upon my arrival, it was disappointing.

I found the hotel room nice and neat. The staff was very cooperative. suzon ahmed was especially helpful . he always answered my requests quickly. the wifi worked very well and was reliable. i appreciated the attentiveness of the whole team.

the carpet had a slight stain when i arrived, but it was addressed quickly
