absent restaurant unclean carpet

The absence of a restaurant on-site was a definite drawback. I ended up ordering food quite often. also, the carpet in my room really wasn't clean upon my arrival, it was disappointing.

the hotel room was clean. all the necessary items were present, including very clean beds and bedsheets. i found the staff friendly and helpful.

the carpet did show some signs of wear.

I found the hotel room nice and neat. The staff was very cooperative. suzon ahmed was especially helpful . he always answered my requests quickly. the wifi worked very well and was reliable. i appreciated the attentiveness of the whole team.

the carpet had a slight stain when i arrived, but it was addressed quickly

the hotel is near several restaurants, i observed. the hotel is close to shops. this made it easy to find meals and necessities, i found, within a short walk.

The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee. there is a kettle in the room, so hot drinks are readily available. i appreciated this convenience. It was a plus.
