The friendly receptionist provided a warm welcome. I found a microwave, fridge, and kettle in the room. The bathroom looked new and clean. I found that to be a nice touch. The hotel offers free parking with CCTV. I considered that a plus.

The staff WERE cute and helpful . I found ample free parking available, a real plus. My room was warm and cozy (i could adjust the radiators!), it. The bathroom looked new and super clean, I appreciated that detail.

The hotel looked a little dated, perhaps in need of some minor cosmetic updates.

The location had the benefit of a short stroll from the city centre. the room was clean. It had a microwave and a full-size fridge.

the downside was a lot of noise from people shouting on the street at night. my room smelled of cigarette smoke.
