my room was lovely the beds were really comfy so i had a good night's sleep. breakfast was plentiful and well cooked i found it great. available wi-fi was great i experienced no issues with connectivity for personal and work use.

the description of the place and rooms made it sound extra nice but in reality the room was quite small

The breakfast offered a HUGE variety, I was impressed. My room was clean, warm, and VERY cosy upon my arrival.

The bathroom light could not be turned off , it was REALLY strange. The light stayed on for a long time after leaving the bathroom , even with the door closed.

the location was convenient as it was close to the nec.

I had a less than stellar experience. the bathroom light stayed on for a long time after use. It shone through the door. the late check-in fee of £25 felt excessive. also, the 'shuttle service' was just a taxi i could have booked myself and took a while
