I received a room away from the main building, this was quiet! i sat in the little garden before my meal, it was so peaceful after a difficult day. the evening meal tasted delicious, and breakfast too. staff were pleasant. They were always attentive to my needs.

The courtyard had some leaves that were never swept away. It felt slightly untidy

The hotel felt warm and very comfortable. It had good wifi. the car park looked spacious and secluded, this created a secure feeling. the location provided easy access to the city. I could travel with no stress.

The staff were friendly and professional, i felt welcomed. they provided information. They answered any questions. they were caring. everything worked well, there was tea and coffee in the morning. It was a nice addition.

the staff was so friendly. they helped me with directions and local recommendations. i also liked the breakfast, it was a really good full english. ingredients seemed fresh and high-quality.

The decor felt somewhat dated. the room could use more lighting. i also found some high level dust. I even noticed a few cobwebs near the wardrobe.

The tv remote was missing. i had to get up every time i wanted to change channels. What a complete nightmare. i have seen better tech in a museum. and the lack of a simple shower mat.
