Unexpected Gem Near the Airport
swift check-in clean room relaxing atmosphere
The check-in was swift and efficient, a GREAT start after a long journey. I found the room particularly clean. The housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail. The bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere for an evening drink. The bartender was skilled and attentive.
The bathroom had limited counter space. It made organizing toiletries a little challenging.

clear direction nicely presented room navigating hotel squeaky floor guest conversation dirty carpet
the location was convenient to where i needed to be. the staff provided clear directions on navigating the hotel. the room i had was nicely presented given what i paid.
the floors squeaked throughout the building. i heard conversations from other guests easily. the carpet in my room seemed like it needed a good vacuuming

amazing stay near the nec!
lovely staff reasonable price fantastic deal
i slept so well here, even with holiday excitement. the staff were lovely and helpful. i found the beer and meals to be reasonably priced. it really seemed like a fantastic deal overall!
the floorboards creaked a bit , but i got used to it quickly.

convenient Stay Near the NEC
warm welcome ground floor food delivery
johan welcomed me warmly to the hotel. the ground floor room was as requested. i found out i could get food delivery from various outlets and enjoyed a tasty indian takeaway in the dining room. it was delivered directly to me.
The parking lot is not very large. It has an additional charge for using it on check in. it meant i had to park in front of another car to get in.

convenient location friendly staff clean room reasonable price
i was really happy about the convenient location near birmingham airport the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions i had the room was clean and well maintained everything i needed was there the parking was convenient and reasonably priced at £6 a day. the hotel offered a comfortable and stress free experience.
the shower room felt a bit small and dark, though functional.

the location was very convenient near the nec. the staff assisted quickly with a minor issue. breakfast offered decent choices to start my day.
the television in my room was quite small and difficult to view from the bed
