non-functional key card absent staff

the location was okay for getting into the city by bus.

there was no one at reception when i arrived. i had to call a mobile number, but it went straight to voicemail. the key card for the first room didn't work, and i was told no other rooms were available. the overall experience felt quite disorganized

Incredibly Good Value, Beautiful Room!

friendly staff plentiful parking central location

I have stayed at this hotel before and noticed new staff members. The room was clean, basic, and beautifully reflected the price I paid. The staff were friendly and very helpful, so I definitely will stay again. The parking was plentiful, included in the total cost, and really central.

The television was inside a cabinet. Its doors could only open to 90 degrees, so viewing angles were rather restricted.

My room was large and very comfortable, especially the bed! The bathroom worked very well. I was thrilled to find all TV channels working, a feature that seems increasingly rare these days! Plus, there was plenty of free parking available on-site.

I noticed a very slight delay at check-in, but the staff resolved it quickly.

surprising value and convenient location

spacious room on-site parking

the room was very spacious and clean it had recently been re-decorated. i found plenty of free on-site parking available. i also enjoyed easy access to blaby town centre within a short walk.

i experienced issues with the room key it sometimes failed to work. this required multiple trips back to reception for re-activation which was inconvenient.
