the room was easy to access. i found car parking right outside the door. the accommodation is of a good standard is a separate block from the bar.

the room was very tired i noticed chipped paintwork on wooden surfaces. the shower tray felt very slippery to me also dangerous. the bed felt too bouncy and the mattress not supportive.

The continental breakfast was included. It had a nice selection.

The room felt REALLY dated. The paint on the wooden surfaces was chipping. The shower tray was quite slippery, and I thought it was DANGEROUS. Bed wasn't very supportive either.

Basic stay with minor issues

The bar had good drinks and tasty food at reasonable prices, acceptable.

I found a faulty double glazing unit in the window and the light and fan in the bathroom didn't work. The bathroom looks old and the toilet seat did not match the toilet. I would have mentioned these problems at reception, but no one asked how my stay was when I checked out. The staff missed an opportunity to address my concerns.
