the car spaces were plentiful, and electric chargers were available (very convenient). i was pleased that the family room met expectations with a powerful shower.
the room and corridors seemed undercleaned. i noticed stains on the bed fabric frame, off putting, and a line of dust along the edges of the room.

Check-in was simple. There were plenty of car spaces available and electric chargers too. The family room had everything we expected, including a powerful shower. Staff members were friendly. The hotel is next to a Marston's pub, convenient for food and drinks.
Pre-visit room checks were not thorough. The toilet flush was turned off.

The provided room felt very clean. Free parking was available and convenient. The location was near a restaurant so meals were easy. I found that the staff was accessible and gave prompt assistance.
My room had an issue with the shower temperature as it was only lukewarm.
