underground station helpful staff short walk food after taste limited options room soundproofing

The location was GREAT. It was a short walk to the underground station. Direct lines to the main station and Schoenbrunn Palace are available. St Stephen's Cathedral square was less than 10 minutes away. The staff were VERY polite, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was fair. I could eat there, but the food had some kind of after taste. There were not so many options to choose from. I heard everything happening in other rooms . I couldn't rest MUCH.

polite staff clean room quality food

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, i found them very attentive. My room was very clean and well-kept (quite excellent). The breakfast offered a delicious start to the day with quality food.

The hallways had a somewhat dark atmosphere due to the red and black paint scheme, i did not particularly enjoy it.

The hotel features local bars just steps away from the entrance, providing convenient options for an evening drink. There is a metro station within a short five-minute walk from the hotel (very convenient).

stained carpet broken tv

the staff was helpful , they always had a smile.

The carpet in my room was stained in several places. It really detracted from the overall cleanliness. also, the tv didn't work, i asked someone to fix it, but it remained broken throughout my entire stay. I found this particularly frustrating after a long day of sightseeing.
