The breakfast was great (especially the cakes!). I appreciated the variety of options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They always answered my questions quickly. The location was also convenient. It was close to public transport.

The room was small. It felt a bit cramped with my luggage. The bathroom lacked counter space. I struggled to organize my toiletries. There was noise from the street. It made it hard to sleep.

Acceptable stay with a few issues

The room was fine, yet there were some notable setbacks. The street noise was considerable and persisted until early morning. This made sleeping difficult even with the windows closed. At breakfast, the quality of food could improve.. the salmon bread seemed stale, and the scrambled eggs were not good. The sausage also seemed overly greasy.

street noise weak shower

the room i booked (i think it was supposed to be quiet) faced a pretty busy street, so street noise was a real issue, especially at night. also, the shower pressure was surprisingly weak (it barely trickled out sometimes).

The location was superb. tram stops were right outside, and the breakfast had such lovely live music some days! our room featured a beautiful decor. I woke each morning to classical music on the radio.
