the hotel is located less than a ten minute walk from shops. a supermarket is conveniently located right next door. a bus line outside makes transport easy. there is a supermarket next door.

the front desk staff was very friendly. they provided easy luggage storage. young Katherina tried her best to feel me comfortable, advised about hotel facilities best to her knowledge and the overall staff was very friendly. the staff were great.

the bus stop being right in front was fine. it was easy to use public transport.

our room felt quite outdated. the shower was built on a raised platform, a strange design. house 2 is located a fair distance from the main reception with some stairs, this wasn't ideal. the tv had no english channels to watch.

the location is very good it is about a 15-minute walk from the hofburg. it is also very close to the kettenbrückengasse metro station and the naschmarkt. the breakfast had extensive options with sweet and savory items like bread cheese sausages and eggs

the room became very hot as the day progressed there was no air-conditioning. i had only a fan to cool down so it was difficult to sleep. the reception staff weren't very helpful when i asked to change my bedsheet after five days.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room City View and found it quite functional. Breakfast included many options with good coffee..

The hotel felt a bit like a repurposed campus building.
