tea facilities shuddering lift
the location was good near the airport bus.
The room lacked tea making facilities. the hot water was unavailable for showers on 3 out of 5 days. There was no staff to assist with this. the lift shuddered and descended to the basement after i selected my floor.

the staff offered smiles at every encounter it created a loving atmosphere. the location allowed easy access to important sites it made exploring simple. i found my room clean and well-kept it ensured a peaceful visit.
the room felt slightly cramped this impacted our overall experience, as we had limited space to relax together.

The location was very central! I found the staff to be attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which I found very useful.
There was not a fridge. Though the room was generally clean, I found some dust in hard-to-reach areas.
