the room felt slightly cramped this impacted our overall experience, as we had limited space to relax together.

The room was basic. Tea making facilities were not available, nor was a small fridge. I think the hotel needs to address issues with the hot water. there was no hot water for showers on several days.

The location was very central! I found the staff to be attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which I found very useful.
