The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel provides a convenient car park without additional charges. I had a quick walk to the beach each morning. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the indian buffet.

The room felt a little warm upon arrival but the radiator was promptly fixed when I asked.

The room felt quite dated. the tv did NOT work! also, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. It was really annoying. i booked an early check-in, but it was a struggle. they initially said no, but eventually, they got our room ready after SOME discussion.

the staff were friendly. i can't fault that.

the bathroom was a real letdown. the shower pressure was practically nonexistent, and it took forever for the water to heat up.. also, the room felt cramped and stuffy. there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably, and the ventilation was poor, hard to sleep.
