i found the staff helpful and courteous . the room was very comfy and tidy. the wifi performed well, and the breakfast selection was excellent. i appreciated the availability of water machines, especially given the warm weather.

the train line was audible at night with the window open.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast were good.

The bathroom was very dated and smelled of damp. I also noted makeup stained the towels, which I found unacceptable. Retrieving the television remote necessitated groping on the floor, and some candy wrappers lay under the bed.

The reception staff were very cute. The place felt relaxed. My room was compact yet cosy. The en suite was sparkling clean. Breakfast was tasty with a juice buffet and cereals, also toast with good butter. The full english used local ingredients of high quality and prepared me for the day.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Blooms was lovely too. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I appreciated the warm welcome from the reception staff. They created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

The bathroom could use some updating.
