the breakfast selection in the lounge was comprehensive. the quality of food was AMAZING!!! i had longjing tea-scented crispy pigeon, it was perfectly crisp with aromatic tea undertones. the double-boiled superior bird's nest with almond juice was luxuriously smooth.
the room layout and design presented clear safety hazards. i reported the issue to one of the hotel managers, but my concerns were met with indifference. i expected much better attention to guest safety and service responsiveness. it was disappointing.

the service was not great i had to walk 20 minutes to the station the concierge booked taxis to lujiazui i was not told about free local transport it took 30 minutes to check in
