enough space clean room laundry room poor english roof leaking misunderstandings

the room provided enough space for my luggage. it was clean. the laundry room on the second floor proved a lifesaver in that climate. i found something to my liking, even though i am not a breakfast person.

The staff did not speak english well. they used a translator. it was hard to translate, so we had misunderstandings. at some point , the roof started leaking. my room was almost flooded with water.

great breakfast many options large bathroom english speaker hard bed

The hotel sits near the east nanjing pedestrian road. It's about a 10 minutes walk. breakfast included many options to choose from. the bathroom was quite large too, i like that.

staffs does not speak english well, proper goodbye was not given. i asked for a room with a nice view. the bed is very hard and the air-con are making noise.

opaque squares unfriendly reception staff

the location was acceptable because it was close to a park.

My room was not excellent. It featured three small, opaque squares instead of real windows. one of them opened onto service stairs, far from a scenic view. dirt was also noticeable in the room and the reception staff were unfriendly, they didn't seem keen to assist with anything.
