Really good Stay with Amazing Views

great location unbeatable view excellent attentiveness

The location is unbeatable. I enjoyed the wonderful view of the Bund from my room. The hotel provided convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff showed excellent attentiveness.

The air conditioning in my room was not effective. Although it was running, it did not provide adequate cooling. This became quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer parts of the day.

attentive staff proactive help convenient location

I am grateful for my time at the hotel! the staff were attentive and thoughtful from start to finish. Airport pick-up to drop-off was seamless. mr sean li, director of rooms, personally expedited my check-out when he saw i was stressed about catching my flight! his proactive help was amazing. the hotel's prime location near several attractions was also very convenient.

the room lighting felt somewhat dim at certain times of the day, requiring reliance on artificial lights.

the hotel had a great location near shopping. the room was quiet and impeccably clean. i appreciated the attentive service i received. there were many food options.
