small room boring breakfast
the room seemed smaller than a postage stamp, i mean, really compact. there was barely room to swing a cat, not that i would. also, i wasn't thrilled that breakfast lacked excitement. the offerings was somewhat boring and uninspired. i feel more options is needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! the location is great. It is close to the main bus terminal. breakfast service was also a good perk. i found the mature japanese lady at the breakfast hall very hardworking.
The rooms are very small, i could barely open two suitcases. the pillows are also uncomfortable. They feel like plastic beads. there is only ONE elevator for 14 floors, i waited a long time!

kind staff great breakfast good amount of food
The hotel staff were very kind. They answered all our questions. Breakfast was GREAT and the menu changed a bit each day so we did not eat the same things all the time. There was a very good amount of food.
The pillow was not comfortable.

convenient location friendly staff clean facilities
The location was very convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and stores. the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions. i liked the complimentary drinks in the afternoon and appreciated the clean facilities (it felt very organized).
The room was quite small. It was a bit tight for two people with luggage.

Breakfast offered a mix of japanese and western dishes. The menu changed a bit daily, so it wasn't repetitive. the breakfast hall was looked after by a mature japanese lady. it was a good experience (especially the miso soup!).

The room included a fridge and kettle, though no tea or coffee was provided. the soundproofing was quite effective. I did not hear outside noise. the bed was large, though the pillows were firm, bead-filled ones.

a washing machine and free dryer were available for guest use, convenient. a hot bath (onsen) was available with separate times for men and women. i found the skincare packets provided each day a nice touch.

The staff was friendly and provided helpful service. I felt welcome. they readily supplied extra pillows and amenities upon request. i also was given a toothbrush and toothpaste each day.

the location is close to local restaurants and convenience stores such as 7/11. the hotel is a short walk from the main station, approximately ten minutes. it is located on a quiet street in the area.
