Daisy at the lobby helped me a lot . Rosie, the front desk staff, upgraded my room, which gave me a better city view. I found the staff at the lobby to be approachable and friendly. It was easy to order food with the Meituan lockers for pickup.

I found the pool required swim caps. I wasn't aware of this. I declined reused caps. The offer felt off for a 5-star place.

The location is really good. I could easily walk to Nanjing Road and there were many restaurants nearby, convenient. The staff was polite! housekeeping kept my room clean throughout my stay.

My check-in process wasn't smooth at all. I arrived in the afternoon but had to wait for a room with twin beds. The room felt a little dark even with all the lights turned on.
