The breakfast buffet had AMAZING options. I loved that they provided four bottles of water daily. The room staff were attentive to all requests. The room itself was large, REALLY spacious and well-equipped.

My air conditioning unit emitted a smoking smell when turned on. The hallway consistently smelled like smoke. This was an issue since i booked a non-smoking room. The carpet was noticeably dirty. I thought the cleaning wasn't thorough ENOUGH.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

The location was quite convenient to the subway system.

I found the room service hours rather limiting. It stopped at 9pm. This was inconvenient, especially when I expected to be able to order later after returning from evening engagements.
