The staff helped me organize a taxi easily. They also stored my luggage for four days when I took a trip away. The staff were generally very friendly. This was something I needed. I liked that the rooms were quiet and clean. This allowed me to relax without disturbances. The hotel's location made it easy to get around.

The room was quite small. The bathroom offered minimal privacy. The room had a small interior window with little light available. I needed more light. The breakfast was quite basic.

Thomas and David welcomed us warmly. The ac in our room wasn't working upon arrival. The move was smooth and quick. We enjoyed a family room WITH a balcony there. Breakfast included various continental, fruit, and Vietnamese options.
