really good stay, minor hiccup

attentive carethoughtful giftsnice experience

the club lounge service stood out, especially tina, who offered genuinely great care. aileen managed our pre-stay emails effectively. the team surprised us with thoughtful gifts and decorations in the room. they created a nice experience.

The elevators proved somewhat bothersome. Card access occasionally malfunctioned. this required multiple attempts to reach the intended floor.

the executive lounge PROVIDED best hospitality, tina matthew, and yoki are great. i appreciate the greetings, the service, and the food. i love spending time in the lounge with champagne. the staff refills it automatically.

the breakfast was ok, it never really changed . the waitress were not attentive, no one told us WHEN breakfast closed the first day.
