lovely visit, few improvements necessary

i found the staff very friendly. breakfast was amazing and there was nothing that was too much trouble. the rooms were very clean and provided a comfortable stay.

I appreciated the early check-in arranged by the staff because of my train schedule. The room service maintained a high standard daily. A separate entrance exists , improving accessibility. The location is GREAT near both the town center and varied dining options.
Some may notice that i felt the breakfast was a bit too oily ,. i PREFERRED less oil for a lighter taste.

the room was very big it also featured tea and coffee facilities. the bed felt really soft the shower provided great water pressure. the woman at the hotel showed kindness and offered help i needed. there were cereals and yogurts available along with orange juice.

the room i booked was a lovely double or twin room with a private bathroom it was spacious and very clean i found plenty of tea and coffee available even oat milk which was a nice touch the host was very friendly and helpful with directions and local tips
the only small issue was the sound from adjacent rooms during breakfast i think a little more soundproofing could improve the experience

the breakfast selection included a full english breakfast. it was cooked well. the staff showed friendliness . they provided tea, coffee, biscuits and cake in the room.
the towels looked quite worn. the carpet had stains. the bathroom door did not shut properly. the decor lacked attention to detail with painted over old picture hooks.
