decent stay near the center
friendly staff good location helpful staff small room black mold poor breakfast
the location was good for my needs. it was near the ethnographic museum and the main railway station. the staff members were friendly. i appreciated their helpfulness.
the breakfast room was quite small, this. i noticed black mold on the bathroom grout. the croissants were not fully baked one morning.

helpful staff supermarket proximity bus station missing facilities absent mirror thin towels
the staff was helpful when i needed assistance they answered my questions and gave clear directions the supermarket was very close it made getting snacks and drinks easy the central bus station was also within walking distance for transportation i appreciated this convenience.
my room lacked tea and coffee facilities i had to go out for a hot drink each morning a magnifying mirror was missing i found it difficult for personal grooming the towels felt quite thin i prefer a thicker towel after showering.

cozy stay near the center
helpful staff excellent location
I appreciated the helpful staff. They were very friendly. the location is excellent, near many attractions and a supermarket (so handy!). we were also able to store our extra suitcase during our tour, it made things much easier.
the shower leaked water everywhere. there was also no support for the dispenser on the wall. it would be helpful to have better air circulation in the bathroom.
