fantastic location and comfy rooms

convenient location clean room rich breakfast

the hotel is near the train station and vatslev square. the room was clean and well equipped. the breakfast was very rich. i found the staff helpful. i could leave my luggage after checkout in a guarded room without charges. this allowed me to keep enjoying the city.

i found the online check-in not smooth. however, the support via whatsapp was very helpful in resolving this. it would be great if online check-in was more streamlined. this would improve the initial arrival experience.

I found the online registration process efficient. I received a code and all necessary details prior to arrival, which eliminated the need for a reception. The room had tea and coffee available. Luggage storage was available, convenient for my travel plans.

complicated process physical reception

the location is very convenient, close to the main train station and easily walkable to various attractions.

i found the online check-in process quite complicated and not well explained. the hotel lacks a physical reception, which became a problem upon arrival as i missed the online check-in instructions. contacting staff via whatsapp was necessary to get the room number and password, and this took several attempts. there was no one present on-site to provide assistance with check-in.

smooth stay near station

modern hotel train station access code free security

this modern hotel, are near to the main train station, only takes about three minutes. it was nice i can walk to wenceslas square in few minutes. access codes comes 24 hrs before check-in, this system worked perfectly. leaving bags are free with security after check-out.

some morning noise came from room cleaning. the noise was bit annoying.

inadequate air conditioning street noise

the location is convenient..

the absence of proper air conditioning was a significant issue. a floor fan was provided, but it proved insufficient during the summer heat. opening the windows for ventilation resulted in considerable noise from the street. i would not stay again due to this discomfort.
