Great stay, some minor issues

The staff were lovely. We were running a few mins late and they agreed to wait 5 mins until we arrived. Staff and food in the restaurant were very good. The rooms were clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. I found the restaurant food very good!
The reception closed for check in at 6pm and so guests have to arrive before 6pm. It is unusual and inconvenient. No flexibility with timings is really a pain! There should be more flexibility due to many factors. For example, guests may be travelling and have delayed journeys!
