The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was ideal and the room overall was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was not a lot of room for bags in the room.

the room was clean and spacious, important to me. the breakfast selection included juice and cereal. the staff let my friends wait in the room to surprise my wife before check-in. i appreciated their help.
parking close by was sometimes hard to find, especially when it was busy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way. pip was really helpful. the young lady at breakfast was polite and efficient. i found the team to be excellent.

breakfast was delicious and cooked well. i enjoyed the service. the food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. i thought it was great!!!

the location is great. it is right in the middle. the pavilion is only a 5 min walk away. various other pubs, cafes and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. i liked this central spot.

excellent stay at a lively spot
cute staffexcellent locationquiet roomsatisfying breakfast
i found the staff very cute. the breakfast was also top notch it was delicious and satisfying i especially liked the full english option i also found the staff very responsive to requests.
the shower was a bit small and the bathroom felt quite cramped there was not a lot of extra space for bags this did not significantly impact my stay but it is worth noting

the hotel is situated right on the high street with easy access to many shops and restaurants i found it convenient to walk to the market square and other attractions the location is ideal for exploring the area.

my room was clean and well maintained the bed was comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep i appreciated the up to date shower room and the quietness of the room overlooking the pretty terrace at the back of the hotel.
