attentive team unique experience tasteless potato disappointing food

the staff were very attentive! the secret cinema offered a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. there were many different rooms available for exploration. i felt the history surrounding me as i moved through the hotel.

The food in the restaurant was quite disappointing. I paid a considerable amount for sausages. the mashed potato tasted bland. my friends experienced similar issues with their meal choices, unfortunate.

friendly staff cozy cabin rejuvenating treatment

The staff was friendly. I enjoyed a massage at the spa. The cabin was cozy. Breakfast accommodated our allergies. Our child liked the cinema. Popcorn was also available. We received a dog hamper for our dog. Spa treatments with Karen were rejuvenating. Treatments had great value.

The bathroom was small.

The room had air conditioning and it worked efficiently. the mini bar options were priced reasonably. There were also some free bits. common areas for hotel guests offered cozy seating. It included fridges with fresh milk and bottled water!!!

Parking is supposed to be for hotel guests only. It was difficult to find a spot. there was no check-in system for the parking. breakfast had a limited selection.

spacious room helpful staff superb location terrible lighting hard crust slow service

The room was spacious. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The village centre location was superb (only 5 mins in the car from the beaches!).

The lighting in my room was terrible. I found it unable to read without moving lamps. The fish pie crust was hard. It took three requests to get sauce for breakfast (i was not happy).
