inadequate blind room size
Our room was quite small I think it was called the Potting Shed. A blackout blind on the door is really needed because the current blind lets a lot of light in at night. This made it difficult to sleep well I thought. Everything else was fine though.

AVERAGE experience, SOME issues

thin windows slow service
The room was clean , and the shower worked well.
I PAID extra for a courtyard view room , but I received a room facing the road. The noise was excessive , due to thin windows. Dinner service was slow . My steak was undercooked , and staff did not check on us.
