Hotel Le Premier impresses many guests with its large, elegant rooms, some even featuring a Nespresso machine with daily capsules. Conveniently located, the hotel is within walking distance or a short tram ride on line 17 to Ban Jelačić square and the city center. Guests particularly enjoy the option of getting a massage at the spa center. Some guests have, however, found the decor somewhat outdated, so this is something to be aware of.

strange smell sweat stain

the room size was acceptable.

The hotel had a strange smell upon entry. It looked worn and old. instructions for the safe were unclear, a minor inconvenience. the fitness center only contained one treadmill and one bike. the yoga mat had a large sweat stain, unacceptable for hygiene standards.

i found the laundry service very efficient. the bar staff showed insane skills, and the smoking area was a great bonus. the massage service was amazing, a very relaxing experience after a long day.

i noticed an odd smell upon entering. it gave the impression of the place a bit worn.

mixed feelings about this hotel

unpleasant smell slow shower

the breakfast was very nice. the chef made sure it was always stocked.

the lobby area had a unpleasant smell. i noticed cigarettes or maybe it was old carpet smell. the carpet in my room was old and didnt smell nice either. the bathroom area was small and the shower worked slowly.

helpful staff comfortable room noisy air conditioning stuffy room

the reception staff were excellent. i found them very helpful with all my questions (and i had many!). the room itself was a nice size. it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

I found some aspects less excellent. the air conditioning squeaked a lot. They ended up turning it off. this made the room very hot and stuffy, difficult to sleep.

easy access spacious restaurant daylight restaurant

the location allowed for easy access to various attractions. i walked to the city center in about ten minutes. the breakfast had many choices and the restaurant was spacious with lovely daylight (i especially liked that).
