Hotel Le Premier impresses many guests with its large, elegant rooms, some even featuring a Nespresso machine with daily capsules. Conveniently located, the hotel is within walking distance or a short tram ride on line 17 to Ban Jelačić square and the city center. Guests particularly enjoy the option of getting a massage at the spa center. Some guests have, however, found the decor somewhat outdated, so this is something to be aware of.

the breakfast was very nice. the chef made sure it was always stocked.

the lobby area had a unpleasant smell. i noticed cigarettes or maybe it was old carpet smell. the carpet in my room was old and didnt smell nice either. the bathroom area was small and the shower worked slowly.

the reception staff were excellent. i found them very helpful with all my questions (and i had many!). the room itself was a nice size. it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

I found some aspects less excellent. the air conditioning squeaked a lot. They ended up turning it off. this made the room very hot and stuffy, difficult to sleep.

the location allowed for easy access to various attractions. i walked to the city center in about ten minutes. the breakfast had many choices and the restaurant was spacious with lovely daylight (i especially liked that).
