central location wide variety
the location was great. it was just off the main square and close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.
the rooms were a bit small for two people.

Modern Comfort in Central Location
complimentary items helpful staff really good restaurant
The room included several complimentary items, such as nuts, still water and sparkling water. Kevin Murphy toiletries were provided in the bathroom, a real treat. The staff was both friendly and very helpful throughout my stay , offering assistance with any requests I had. I found the YEZI restaurant on site really good , exceeding my dining expectations.
The rooftop bar was inaccessible due to a private event.

The room featured modern technology. The design incorporated chic decor and the coffee machine was an espresso machine , quite excellent. I found the bed comfortable.

Mediocre stay despite claims
unhelpful staff dimly lit room
The hotel location was central so transportation and access to main attractions was convenient.
I found the staff unhelpful upon arrival. They did not offer assistance with my luggage. I also found the room to be dimly lit and the decor lacked any warmth.

perfect location genuine hospitality amazing feature
This hotel was really nice! the location was perfect. The staff showed genuine hospitality. The room's AI connection was an amazing feature I hadn't encountered before! I enjoyed the convenience of the self-service butler on my floor.

the staff was very friendly and informative upon arrival, helping to easily navigate the city. Concierge staff coordinated ground transportation whenever needed, providing seamless service. I felt very welcomed throughout my stay.

the hotel provided an accessible pool and spa area where i could relax. The spa and wellness center offers perfectly designed treatments and a pleasant ambiance. I very much loved the rooftop being open until late.

an lovely escape
superb location modern features welcome touch warm embrace
I had a really good experience. the location was superb, a short walk to the main square. the room provided modern features. The smart tv was a welcome touch. the heated pool was lovely, a warm embrace after exploring.
i noticed that the breakfast menu could offer a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes.

mixed feelings ABOUT this CENTRAL hotel
broken ac early morning noise
the location was very central , a short walk to the main square.
i had a few issues that shouldn't happen for the price i paid. the AC WAS not working, so i had to open the windows. my room was located above where they stock the bar and restaurants , therefore crates were being slammed about from early hours and went on late into the night.
