Superior Balcony rooms include balconies, feature beds, sofas, work desks, and mini-fridges. The Rose Suite is the largest and located on the first floor with a comfortable lounge area and sofa.

Dinner offers oak-paneled dining room. La Chaire Restaurant is open for A' La Carte dinner from 7pm, offering an extensive menu that features seafood options, such as smoked salmon bagels and grilled kippers. Breakfast includes a buffet of fruits, pastries, ham, cheese, yogurt, and homemade granola. The Rozel Pub & Dining is a traditional country pub and the only Michelin-recommended pub on the island, serving lunch and dinner. Afternoon tea is served in the drawing room.
