the staff are great and it was acceptable.
The room was way too hot, and when i let the desk know, she asked us if i wanted a refund. the point is not about a refund. It is about fixing the broken facilities. the carpets were also dirty, so i would have preferred clean one.

I found the interiors really beautiful, a true escape. the room was very clean, and the bed offered such a restful embrace. breakfast was a classic european spread, a comforting start to each day with eggs, sausages, and cereals. the location was great. A gentle ten-minute walk brought me to the heart of everything.
The lift seemed a bit old and moved suddenly. This made me slightly uneasy.

the room had a bathtub, this made my evenings relaxing. a supermarket just around the corner was really convenient, i found a bakery nearby too, it even sold pizzahats, a lovely surprise!

I was very pleased with the hotel's proximity to the tram station. It made getting to the city center SO easy. the staff was very friendly, ready to help with anything i needed. breakfast was excellent with a good selection of choices. i found parking available both in the hotel and on the street around the hotel, really convenient.

I found A LOT of issues . The bathroom had NO ventilation and was connected directly to the toilet. The hairdryer DID NOT work either. This was really frustrating. The tub's silicone seal was moldy, and I saw a rubber band sticking out of the drain, just gross.
