The location was great. Good public transport was available. i liked that there were fresh pastries for breakfast too. A real treat! the team offered helpful suggestions. I used some of them, and they were great.
The access door needed redecorating. The paint was flaking significantly. i reported a faulty air conditioning unit, but it wasn't fixed. They gave me fans instead. the toilet seat remained cracked throughout my stay. I had reported it, but nothing happened.
