The location was quite central. Employees in guest relations were helpful.

i enjoyed a spacious beautiful junior suite city view the marble bath was a nice touch it included balmain toiletries i found the furniture design very elegant. the breakfast was also excellent eggs benedict stood out as the best i have ever tasted

modern design spacious room helpful staff
I appreciated the modern design and spaciousness of the privilege room. The room featured a sea view terrace with excellent amenities. The staff at the reception and restaurant were cute and super helpful. I especially enjoyed the convenient location just off Croisette.
I found the security deposit request at check-in a bit strange.

The reception staff offered a friendly and efficient check-in process. Concierge services were readily available to assist with local recommendations and reservations. Restaurant staff provided attentive service during breakfast and dinner, always.

Really good stay
convenient location friendly staff beach club turndown service
the location is very convenient near many shops and restaurants. the room was clean the staff were friendly. i booked a day bed at the beach club and had a wonderful time. the turndown service was also a nice touch
the building work outside interrupted my entire stay i was not informed of this before arrival

the suite was spacious it included marble bath products from balmain. furniture had a nice design the room offered ample space for relaxation and work. the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool.

location decent, experience not QUITE five-star
early morning noise awful coffee
The BIGGEST problem i faced was with the noise. it made sleeping in IMPOSSIBLE. ALSO, the in-room coffee was AWFUL. Tasted like it came from a vending machine not a luxury hotel. they really NEED to sort that out.
