superb stay

complimentary minibar rooftop pool golf cart service room upgrade
the team upgraded my room. the assigned beautiful double room included complimentary minibar access. the rooftop pool offered great respite after a day of exploring. i found the golf cart service to the private beach convenient.
the gym space is somewhat small.

Uneven experience. Some issues noted

hot water thin windows
The lack of hot water was a significant issue throughout my stay. I was unable to take a bath or shower properly. The noise from outside early in the morning was also disruptive. Homeless individuals gathered near the building. Their noise penetrated the thin windows.

The rooftop pool stood out. its location offered convenient access. the room was quiet. I didn't hear any outside disturbances.
The gym was quite small. it was hard to move around in there. i was unable to access cctv information regarding a missing item. limited information was available.
