the location near the promenade was acceptable.
The room faced a busy street, so noise was a problem at night. the windows did not block the sounds effectively, impacting sleep quality. furthermore, the cleanliness was not ideal. I saw some hairs on the bedding upon arrival.

The room was clean. The kitchenette had everything I needed for basic meal preparation. I used the balcony quite a bit.. It offered a nice spot for relaxation. The location is great for accessing the promenade.
