Perfect location and charming stay!

We got an apartment, the Abadia Suites. It was located only 600m from the main hotel. The apartment was very spacious, and I found it comfortable. I appreciated having a large living area, and it came well-equipped for my needs. The courtyard setting offered a nice atmosphere.

The hotel sign outside seems a bit old. A refresh would help create a better first impression.

adequate stay with heating issues

thin walls uncontrollable heating

the staff were supportive .

the heating was problematic i couldn't control the temperature in the room it was too hot at night this made sleeping difficult also the walls were thin noises from other rooms disrupted my sleep

i appreciated the central location near the basilica. it provided easy access to buses for reaching other attractions. the staff proved lovely and very helpful.

my room had narrow windows. the air conditioning seemed ineffective, so i kept the door open for ventilation.

great location late check-out noise level lack of refund

The location was great near the basilica. Buses to other attractions were easily accessible. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. They assisted us with a late check out and stored our luggage.

The room was very noisy inside i could hear everything. The people in the room across the way were not excessively noisy. It was unbearable i left. The hotel did not respond to my request for a refund.

the hotel location was good, near the center and easy to reach key sites. the neighborhood was quiet.

the room was not what i expected, it had very narrow windows. it felt dark with limited fresh air and weird temperature regulation. i had to keep the door open for some air, it was not a stylish or comfy experience.

I found the location quite convenient. it was near the train station and some lovely cafes. the staff was genuinely helpful. Agi and the team offered quick assistance with wi-fi and directions. i really liked having an electric kettle in the room! it was a thoughtful amenity, perfect for enjoying tea.

i noticed the walls were a bit thin. i could hear sounds from other rooms at times.
