The location was great near the basilica. Buses to other attractions were easily accessible. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. They assisted us with a late check out and stored our luggage.

The room was very noisy inside i could hear everything. The people in the room across the way were not excessively noisy. It was unbearable i left. The hotel did not respond to my request for a refund.

the hotel location was good, near the center and easy to reach key sites. the neighborhood was quiet.

the room was not what i expected, it had very narrow windows. it felt dark with limited fresh air and weird temperature regulation. i had to keep the door open for some air, it was not a stylish or comfy experience.

I found the location quite convenient. it was near the train station and some lovely cafes. the staff was genuinely helpful. Agi and the team offered quick assistance with wi-fi and directions. i really liked having an electric kettle in the room! it was a thoughtful amenity, perfect for enjoying tea.

i noticed the walls were a bit thin. i could hear sounds from other rooms at times.
