small roomsmaller bed
The hotel looks good. my room was much smaller than expected. Instead of a king bed, it was smaller. There was only one nightstand and one chair. Opening two suitcases proved difficult. It was a disappointing experience and I do not think I will return to this location.

The staff provided excellent service! I especially appreciated the advice from the reception staff. The hotel organized a visit to the Alhambra for me. It was quite helpful.
The room I received was quite small, disappointing. I also noticed that the rooftop patio was not accessible to all guests, only to "level" members, not clearly advertised.

the location is wonderful. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was also very helpful with taxis. they got them so quickly for our trips.
the coffee machine in the room did not work. the room service buttons on the phone also failed to function. it was a bit frustrating to deal with these issues.
