The staff was SUPER helpful. The location made exploring easy. Major attractions are within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was AMAZING!!! It included a pool and a bar.
The room was somewhat small. Placing luggage required careful arrangement.

I enjoyed the very central location a lot, it made exploring easy. the rooftop terrace features amazing panoramic views, a bonus. i particularly appreciated the friendly staff. They were always available and helpful.
the small pool was more like a plunge pool, not ideal for a proper swim.

a somewhat underwhelming experience
poor ventilation malfunctioning air conditioning
the room i had lacked sufficient ventilation. it faced an interior space (almost like a shaft), and the window didn't open. this resulted in a stuffy atmosphere with no fresh air circulating. also, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, (which is not ideal, you know).

I loved this hotel. it is in the heart of everything, just a short walk to the cathedral. the staff were wonderful. They booked a flamenco show for me at the last minute! the hotel was super clean with comfortable beds. It was a great experience!
My room felt a bit small. there was no desk. This was an executive room. the wardrobe was not sufficient for two people. i had to put my suitcase on the sitting area.

Really good Stay in City Center

The staff provided excellent recommendations for local dining options. I appreciated the convenience of storing luggage after checkout until my train departure (very useful!). I found the rooftop pool area well-kept, complete with a bar and complimentary bathing towels. The fridge in the room was a nice addition, particularly given the hot climate (it kept my drinks cold).
I noticed a slight lack of variety in the breakfast offerings .
