the staff was helpful. the location was amazing and close to attractions. the hotel provided comfortable accommodations. the rotunda room had a large balcony looking down to the streets.
i noticed limited tea and coffee in the room, with only dried milk powder available.

Charming Stay in a Rotunda Room

I stayed in a rotunda room and found it gorgeous (and spacious). The room had a large balcony, offering views of the city. The air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a complimentary wine service each evening with prosecco and snacks. The staff served olives, charcuterie, chips, and nuts.
The hotel lacks an on-site bar or restaurant. This makes it inconvenient to wind down after a day or night out. I had to walk elsewhere to find a place for evening drinks.

The hotel is near the train station. This detail proved useful. The staff were friendly. They assisted with local suggestions. The wine tasting each evening allowed me to meet other guests.
The rooms are outdated. Updates are necessary. Our room seemed small. An upgrade did not seem different. The air conditioning did not work well.
