the staff greeted me with such a warm welcome. breakfast had a great selection of pastries , cheese , and eggs , it really set the tone for a happy day. i loved that the pool area was well-kept and provided a relaxing atmosphere. my room was spacious and tastefully decorated , a real treat to come back to each day.
i noticed housekeeping was occasionally slow , sometimes the room wasn't made up until after lunchtime.

the hotel features a lovely pool area. its staff is very friendly. the rooms got updates and are very comfortable. i got a cute balcony overlooking the pool.
the housekeeping wasnt good. even after lunch, the room wasnt made up. they offer powdered milk for tea. when i requested some fresh milk, they said it was chargeable.

i must say, some things were a bit off. first, the room service seemed to have a schedule of its own, not really aligning with mine i saw our room remained untouched well into the afternoon one day. then, the milk situation? powdered milk for tea, seriously? i asked for fresh milk, i received a bill. for a so-called four-star hotel, that feels a tad... cheap, don't you think?

the location was okay, not too far from things, and the rooms were clean enough.
I found that the staff weren't very attentive. I asked for fresh milk for my tea and was told i'd have to pay extra, this wasn't acceptable. there was also no real contact with any management. I seemed like nobody really cared.
