I found the location super convenient. It's a short walk to the metro and lots of cafes. a bakery is just across the street, i loved getting fresh pastries every morning! the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful with directions, it was much appreciated. i really enjoyed the free tea and coffee in the lobby too. A lovely touch.
the room i had was a little on the small side, it felt slightly cramped with luggage

the location was great, providing easy access for walking and using the metro.
everything was covered, and the elevator was out of service upon arrival. i couldn't adjust the air conditioning in the room, a significant issue.

i found the staff helpful with luggage storage before check-in the breakfast was a comprehensive selection with great quality. the mattress was nice and the room was clean. the location is a major advantage close to many attractions and a metro station making it easy to explore.
the shower drain was clogged so the water went up to my ankles while showering

the hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood i felt safe even at night the hotel has great metro links liege and place de clichy stations are only about 5 minutes walk. it has easy access to trains and buses.

The hotel is near two Metro stops, a definite plus. The staff members were genuinely helpful, offering great tips. I loved the neighborhood. It secure hotel, even late at night. I found many restaurants and bakeries nearby (a boulangerie was right on the corner!).
The room was a bit small, but perfectly manageable for my short stay.

The location proved convenient, with metro stations nearby. I could easily travel around. the room had a modern look, which i appreciated. It felt fresh. the staff at the front desk acted very helpful and friendly.
The telephone in my room never worked. I reported it three times , but it wasn't fixed. the room felt quite cold because the radiator wasn't working. They gave me a fan heater instead. the room smelled damp after cleaning. The sheets clearly weren't changed that day.
